has had a young farmers committee since 2003, which operates under the
umbrella of Keystone Agricultural
Producers, and is funded by the Canadian
Young Farmers Forum.

YFC Annual Meeting Planned
The young farmers have scheduled a great event to bring together young farmers from across the province, in conjunction with KAP's annual meeting at the Delta Winnipeg. It starts with a "bearpit" open forum on Wednesday, January 28, 2009 - followed with a full day on the 29th. Speakers will be focusing on marketing, business planning, communication issues for farm families, the environment, and innovation.
