The KAP Long Distance program provides calls between members and family enrolled in the program for only 2.5¢ per minute! This program is provided by West Can Telecommunications, a 100% Canadian owned company.

All other calls are only 3.9¢ per minute for direct-dial long distance calls throughout Canada and the U.S., 24 hours a day. This same rate applies for toll-free inbound calls (i.e. a 1-866 number that rings on your home phone or cell phone). This is a great way to call home whenever you are away, anywhere in Canada or the U.S. The monthly network fee is only $1.25/month.

To set-up a toll-free number on your landline or cell phone, there is a one-time set-up fee of only $4.95, but no monthly or annual subscription fee to have the toll-free number.

The program also includes competitive direct dial international calling (no plan fee). Subscribers also receive a Canada/US calling card with a preferred rate of 12¢ per minute.

And, of course, this is a no contract, no commitment program with no fees for joining or leaving the program.
